I was coming home from school and I asked Jill Jill if Barbie had her baby. Jill showed me pics of McCoy. I ran straight to the barn when I got home. I was amazed that he was so cute and little.

Olivia and Blue Belle did great at the horse show. They placed second in mini class and third in juvenile class. Blue Belle looked beautiful and Olivia did a great job showing her. We need to teach Belle how to stand next and get her to let us clip her legs better.
Olivia and myself were both nervous. Olivia really worked hard getting Belle ready and I am very proud of her.

We have Belle mostly trimmed. She is a beautiful blue color. Need to finish her legs and trim out some of the streaks. I will try to post pictures tomorrow.

Vet came today. Vaccinated all the horse. Got a blood sample to check if Sallie is pregant. Got a coggins on Belle. Thought Barbie would have a foal in the next two or three weeks.

Blue Bell is doing good with her training. She may not stand straight but we will worry about that more as season goes on. She does really well with Olivia. Olivia is doing great with getting her to do what she wants and keeping Bell's attention. I hope it is pretty Thursday so Olivia can work her and maybe we can finish the trim.
The farrier is coming Friday to trim the feet. I have Bell 25 percent clipped. Dad is still working on the lights on the trailer. Phil should be here in the next couple of days to get the coggins and check Barbie.

I think minis are great. If you dont want a big horse I suggest get a mini.If you want a horse to ride don't get a mini. They are gentle after you teach them right from wrong.Keep working with them you will learn there personality and they will learn yours.:P
